Dear KNS stakeholders, students, staff, and parents:

Happy New Year!!

Welcome back to the remainder of the 2009-2010 school year. Several stakeholders, teachers, and parents will be very busy working on the school's continuous school improvement process during the following months. In addition, strategic planning will also include the Project-Based Learning initiative as we strive to increase student achievement levels, best practice, and positive learner outcomes.

We are all excited about the new library edition project. The school board accepted the 99% completion of the review and comment project submitted by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). Hopefully, construction will begin this summer.
